Soil to Table: A Celebration Benefitting Kiss the Ground

Luna Volta was honored to be a sponsor of Soil to Table: A Celebration Benefitting Kiss the Ground this past weekend in Malibu, CA on a beautiful small family farm, Plumcot Farm. “This night was a representation of what’s possible when so many purpose-driven people unite towards a new vision for our future and the power of a growing community committed to regeneration.” Special guest speakers included Environmental Activist and Actress, Patricia Arquette, Poet, IN-Q, and World-renowned Physician and New York Times best-selling author, Dr. Mark Hyman. Guests were able to leave with bottles of our premium wellness hemp oil NOVA, packaged in biodegradable and plantable boxes embedded with noninvasive wildflower seeds, beneficial to our declining bee population.

Our founder Kayla completed Kiss the Ground’s business education course, Regenerative Sourcing & Supply, to better inform our efforts to support regenerative farming practices to help restore carbon to our soil and keep our earth healthy. We believe that what can be good for you can also be good for the earth. We encourage you to learn more about soil health and regenerative farming through Kiss the Ground.

Kiss the Ground is an education and advocacy nonprofit advancing initiatives across four distinct programs: Advocacy, Farmland, Education, and Media. In addition to our program work, we bring impact projects to life—convening key players in the regenerative agricultural movement and catalyzing collaboration, action, and innovation. Everything we do as an organization is aimed towards achieving our overarching mission: inspiring participation in global regeneration, starting with soil.

Plumcot Farm is a small family farm demonstrating regenerative practices, engaging with our community, and expanding awareness of local food.
